Privacy Policy

KIT365 collects data about individuals, usually within a business context. KIT365 considers all data which identifies an individual as Personal Data.


KIT365 is the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us, this means we control what happens to the data in our possession.


KIT365 only collect basic personal data about you. It does not include any special types of information or location-based information. This can include name, address, email, phone number, etc.


KIT365 needs to know basic personal data to provide individuals with information related to the business services it provides. KIT365 will not collect any personal data it does not need.


All the personal data we process is processed by us in the UK, the United States, or the European Union. Data is located on servers within the UK, the United States, or the European Union.


No other 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless you specifically agree to engage in publicity with the government or the law allows them to do so.


We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.


The information is processed for the following purposes:


Data collected when a client applies for an assessment – data will be processed by KIT365, IASME and Pervade Software Ltd. Data will be used to generate an assessment account and an invoice and communicate with the client concerning the assessment. The data will be seen by the assessor during the assessment process. When the assessment has finished the information will be used to remind the client about the renewal date and associated follow-up.


After the assessment has been completed, a client is asked for permission to use their data.  They give consent specifically for it to be used for a congratulations tweet, a congratulations post on LinkedIn, authorisation for the UK government to contact then in the future for publicity or research and for IASME to contact them for publicity or research. If any of these are agreed to the data will be used only for those purposes.


If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.  If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact KIT365 via email at info@kit365.co.uk and we will investigate the matter.


If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).


Cookies

We employ cookie technology to help log visitors to our web site. Cookies are pieces of data that are often created when you visit a website, and which are stored in the cookie directory of your computer. Several cookies are created when you visit the KIT365 website. The cookies do not contain any personal information about you, and they cannot be used to identify an individual user.

Log Files

When you visit the KIT365 website, we collect web statistics concerning your visit, which are stored in a log file. Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. The web teams use Google Analytics to record visitors’ use of the site and use this information to make changes to the layout of the website and to the information in it. Log files do not contain any personal information and they are not used to identify any individual patterns of use of the site.


This statement only covers websites maintained by KIT365 and does not cover other web sites linked from our site.
